The Royal Caledonian Curling Club (RCCC) has recently developed a new strategic plan that sets out its aims and priorities for the next four years.  This new position has been created to provide strategic leadership across the development disciplines within the organisation, covering:  Grass Roots, Junior and Adult Development, Player Pathways, Competitions, Events and Workforce (Coaches, Officials, Volunteers) Development.

The RCCC is seeking a person with competencies described in the job description and candidate specification, who can lead the whole development team.  This post holder will be a member of the senior management team of the RCCC.  This post is funded by sportscotland.
