Salary: £35-40,000
Location: Stirling
Employment Status: Full-time (part-time/job share considered); maternity cover starting August 2016 for at least 6 months up to 1 year.

The Royal Caledonian Curling Club (RCCC) is the national governing body for the sport of curling in Scotland.  The RCCC has a strategic plan 2015-19 that sets out its aims and priorities for the development of the sport.

The Head of Development provides strategic leadership across the development disciplines (6 direct reports) within the organisation, covering:  Grass Roots, Junior and Adult Development, Player Pathways, Competitions, Events, Welfare and Workforce (Coaches, Officials, Volunteers) Development.

The RCCC is seeking a person with competencies described in the job description and candidate specification, who can lead the whole development team.  This post holder will be a member of the senior management team of the RCCC.  This post is funded by sportscotland
