Scottish Men’s Qualifiers – Weekend 2

The second weekend of qualifying for The Co-operative Funeralcare Scottish Men’s Curling Championships gets underway at 13.15 today at Dewars Centre, Perth.

John Hamilton, Ewan MacDonald and Struan Macnee are all tied at the top of Section A with three wins and one loss. Last year’s runner-up Sandy Reid is on two wins and two loses.

In Section B, David Smith hasn’t dropped a game and leads with four wins, while David Murdoch is close behind on three wins and one loss.

In Section C, Logan Gray is in fine form with four wins no loses.  Graeme Black is close behind on three wins and one loss.

Scottish Men’s Qualifiers

The first of two qualifying weekends for The Co-operative Funeralcare Scottish Men’s Curling Championship gets underway at Dewars Centre, Perth this weekend.

28 teams in three sections (A, B & C) will be competing over two weekends, with the top three teams in each section qualifying for the Finals on February 13-19.

This weekend’s qualifiers start at 09:30 on Saturday and run through Sunday.

The second weekend of qualifying will take place on January 20-22, again at Dewars Centre, Perth.
