Curl Aberdeen will host the first RCCC Master Class of the season on Saturday 8th November 2008. This is your chance to see how our top athletes are developed at the elite end of curling. A full day’s programme of events will be provided for coaches and curlers at all levels and all abilities. The coaches programme will provide: - An opportunity to learn how to set up and use video analysis equipment & split timing equipment
- Updates on the latest delivery techniques
- Coaching tips and advice
- Information on coaching drills and the chance to share ideas
- An opportunity to attend a Questions & Answers session and tactics session with Jackie Lockhart, skip of the 2002 World Champions and a member of the 2010 Olympic ladies squad
The curlers programme will provide individuals with the opportunity to: - Obtain information on the latest delivery techniques from some of Scotland’s top coaches
- Receive advice and feedback on their own delivery from elite coaches
- Utilise video analysis and split timing equipment
- Participate in a Questions & Answers session and tactics session with Jackie Lockhart, skip of the 2002 World Champions and a member of the 2010 Olympic ladies squad
