Curling This Weekend: European Masters, St Gallen

The final event of the Curling Champions Tour begins today 9th April with the European Masters in St Gallen, Switzerland. The eight top teams according to the current rankings will compete for the CCT European Championship. Teams that will be competing are Scotland, Sweden, and Switzerland. Scottish teams taking part in the competition are Olympic Silver medalists Team Murdoch (David Murdoch, Greg Drummond, Scott Andrews and Michael Goodfellow) and Perth Masters winners Team Logan Gray (Ross Paterson and Richard Woods, with the exception of Grant Hardie who is playing in the place of Glen Muirhead). Other teams include 2013 World Champion and Olympic Bronze Team Edin, and European Champions Team Michel. Play begins today at 13:30 (GMT) and the final is scheduled for 17:50 (GMT) on Saturday April 12th.
