For the second year in succession, our Asham Under 17 Slam winners; Callum Kinnear, Ryan McCormack, Duncan McFadzean and Matthew McKenzie are representing The Royal Caledonian Curling Club (RCCC) at the World Curling Federation (WCF) Junior Camp in Fussen, Germany from Sunday 9th July until Saturday 15th July.

The RCCC have funded this fantastic prize for many years, providing a great opportunity to the individuals within the teams who compete in the Under 17 Slam. Our juniors and staff get to work with other coaches and athletes from around the world; share ideas, techniques and drills whilst also taking part in non-curling activities and building friendships with the other 120 juniors and 20 instructors and assistants who are also there.

RCCC Academy Coach, Alison Cunningham, who has been supported through the Mentoring Programme is accompanying the team and is working with the Red Group at the camp, led by Netherlands Head Coach Shari Leibbrandt, to further enhance her coaching experience. RCCC Development Officer and Academy Coach Mentor, David Jones, is also instructing the Green Group for the duration of the camp.
