WANTED
Despite recent pleas to clubs before and at the AGM the province still requires a match secretary and Vice President. These roles are vital to ensure the continuing running of the Province and I would urge you to consider these positions. Anyone interseted should contact myself at the address at the foot of this page.

Congratulations go to Maureen Fraser's Highland Ladies 2 rink who overcame the odds to edge out defending multiple champions Lisa McKelliach's Kingsmills rink in a thrilling final on April 2nd. The delayed final was eventually played before the seasons end thanks to the goodwill of both rinks and Keith's efforts to prepare an additional sheet to accomodate the game. It was worth the wait as a closely contested final, which had ebbed both ways was decided on the final stone . Lisa's attemtpted hit & stick to win rolled out of play to leave a steal of five for the delighted Maureen Fraser and her rink. The final score was 9-5.
