Margaret Hastie, Ormond Smith, George Sim and John Barbour
were invited to play in the Bonspiel on 5th October and once again won both their games.
However, Hugh MacKay also won both his games and beat us on shots up, leaving us to come in as runners up.
Congratulations and well done to Hugh's rink.

On Friday 6th October the inaugural Bonspiel of
The Ian Cameron Memorial Flask
was held at Inverness Ice Centre
This was organised by Kingsmills Curling Club in memory of Ian who passed away last year. There were five Kingsmills rinks and they played against five invited guest rinks.
Margaret Hastie was invited to enter a rink and asked John Barbour, George Sim and Ormond Smith to join her. We had all known and respected Ian and were delighted to take part. The Bonspiel was played over two sections of four ends. Much to our delight we won both our games, and being the only rink to do so, were the overall winners.
We were delighted that Ian's son Willie Cameron had come along to present the Trophy and the Prizes.
