Founded in 1981 with Joyce Suttie as first Secretary and Treasurer and Jimmy Stoddart as President, Dalgety Bay Curling Club has grown in numbers and in their love of the curling game while always maintaining the traditions established by the founders. 
     In 2006, we celebrated 25 years in existence and are looking forward to another 25 years when we can celebrate our golden jubilee.
    Members are men and women of all ages and curling ability and club teams are drawn out of the hat to give a random mix in team composition. The aim of the Club is to foster the spirit of the game of curling.
    Currently we run leagues of seven teams twice in the year, a knock-out competition and an extra Thirds League, as well as taking part in West Fife Province League games and Area 7 bonspiels. We also field pairs of teams in annual friendlies against Inverkeithing (our "auld enemy"), Boreland, Tulliallan and, from Lothian, 37 Club.
