Friendly v Denny A friendly match was played against Denny CC on Friday 9th. January 2004, we grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory, John Barrett was 3 up going into last end against Douglas Stewart (Denny) and Ross Mackintosh 4 up into last against RCCC Vice-President Gifford Rickard, when Dougie took a 3 to peel and Gifford a 5 to win by 1, not bad going eh? Denny president Ellen Wilson presented winning skip Gifford with the Myot Trophy (kindly donated by Denny). We hope this will be an annual event to promote fellowship between the two clubs.
