The Annual General Meeting of the Representaive Members of the Clubs in Midlothian Province will be held in the Edinburgh Curling Club, Murrayfield Curling Rink at 7.15 pm on Wednesday 31 March 2010.

6) Election of OfficeBearers and Management Committee
The Committee has ben understrength for several seasons. Nominations are urgntly required.
The Secretary has indicated his intentio to retire at the 2011 AGM.
7) Any other competent business
8) Presentation of Province Medal to The Musketeers and
presentation of the Province Salver to Carrington.
Each Club may be represented by two of its members but shall be entitled to just one vote.

The Annual General Meeting of Area 5 of the R.C.C.C. will be held on Monday Wednesday 31 March 2010 at 8.15 pm in the Edinburgh Curling Club, Murrayfield Curling Rink.
