The 2009 Pate Trophy was played at Murrayfield Ice Rink on
10th October 2009 at 12.30 pm

The Mid-Lothian teams were overall to strong for the Border challenge on this old trophy.
The history of the Pate winners is a very close battle, in 2007 the tally of wins was 23 each, but with
Mid-Lothian's continued domination in the last 4 plays they have gone 2 ahead with 25 wins.
