The oldest of these tour relationship is between the Scottish and Canadian men - in 2009 it will be 100 years since the first Canadian tour party arrived in Scotland. The men have tour relationships with Canada, USA and Switzerland, the women with Canada, USA and Sweden. See the the sections below on these various tours. Incoming Men's Tour, Canada, 2009 7th January 2009 saw the arrival of the Canadian Men’s Curling Team to compete in Scotland for the Strathcona Cup. As this marks the centenary of the first visit of a Canadian team to tour Scotland it is very special and hopefully as many of you as possible will take the chance to participate in this historic occasion and show true Scots hospitality to our Canadian visitors. The full Tour Schedule can be found here, the Results Page here, and a Photo Gallery here . Full details of the members of the Canadian team can be found on their website http://www.strathconacup100.ca . To concide with the Tour, Robin Copland has compiled a History of the original 1909 Tour, which can be downloaded here in PDF format.
